Cascade Surge Trials

March 14 7-10 pm
Registration for tryouts will begin on Feb 1st and is limited to the first 60 players. There will be a $45.00 dollar fee for trials and they will be conducted at Willamette University.

Mike Alfers @ malfers1713@gmail.com and complete the Player Application, Participation Waiver and International Clearance Form (if applicable) found and on the Surge Website.
Forms and your check should be mailed to: PO Box 2689, Salem, OR 97308-2689 make checks payable to Cascade Surge.
Registration will be finalized once all the appropriate information and fee is received and is first come first serve; spots will not be held for players who do not properly register.
